1. Casing:
The unit is built with a double-skin, pre-coated casing consisting of both inner and outer skins manufactured from high-quality galvanized steel sheets, ensuring long-term durability and superior insulation. The casing incorporates a unique thermal brake profile design and precision-engineered panels that comply with international leakage class L1 standards, minimizing air leakage and improving overall efficiency.
The structure uses corrosion-resistant aluminum profiles with specially designed coving for enhanced aesthetics and hygiene. A rigid framework design provides excellent mechanical strength and stability, even under demanding operating conditions. The casing is available in a wide range of construction materials, including SS-304, SS-316, Aluminum, Galvanized Steel (120/270 GSM), Galvalume, and other customized options to suit different environmental and project requirements.

Both DX (Direct Expansion) and CHW (Chilled Water) coil configurations are available, offering flexibility across a wide range of HVAC applications. 3. Filters

The double stage evaporative cooling process works as a combination of a humidifier and a air purifier. The Indirect Evaporative Cooling at stage one builds on the strength of cooling by using water evaporation without increasing humidity in the supply air. This helps in removing sensible heat from the primary supply air stream thus providing 70-75% indirect saturation efficiency. The Direct Evaporative Cooling at stage twp productes near adiabatic cooling thus resulting in a total two stage saturation efficiency of 110-115% for the most comfortable, healthy cooling.
